Privacy Policy

AiCube is an unreleased home appliance currently accepting refundable reservations. This policy covers how we collect and use data on aicube.prizmox.com during the pre-launch waitlist period.

What we collect

When you submit your email to reserve AiCube, we collect:

• Your email address
• IP address, browser user agent, and referrer (auto-collected by the server)
• Country and city, geolocated from IP
• UTM parameters from the URL you arrived at (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term)
• The pages you visited on aicube.prizmox.com and how long you spent on each, within the same browser session

When you visit any page on aicube.prizmox.com without submitting a form, we collect anonymous page-view + dwell-time events for traffic analytics. No personal identifier is attached to those events unless you also submit your email.

Why we collect it

• Email — to notify you when AiCube ships and to confirm or refund your $50 deposit
• IP / user agent / geo / UTM / browsing path — to understand how visitors find us, what they read, and which marketing channels produce real reservations
• Anonymous page events — overall traffic patterns, with no individual profiling

Where it lives

• Email and reservation data — stored in a Cloudflare D1 database we operate, hosted in the US region
• Page events — same Cloudflare D1 database
• Meta Pixel events — sent to Meta (Facebook) servers; subject to Meta's privacy policy
• Google Analytics 4 + Google Tag Manager events — sent to Google servers; subject to Google's privacy policy

• Cloudflare (CDN, hosting, DNS, D1 database) — cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
• Meta (Pixel for ad measurement) — facebook.com/policy.php
• Google (Analytics 4 + Tag Manager) — policies.google.com/privacy

Your rights

Email hello@prizmox.com at any time to:

• Get a copy of all data we have about you
• Delete your reservation and all associated data
• Cancel your reservation and refund your $50 deposit, no questions asked, any time before shipping

We honor GDPR and CCPA-equivalent requests within 30 days. EU and California residents have additional explicit rights under those laws.

Cookies and storage

• Session storage keys (cleared when the browser tab closes): _tk_sid, _tk_utm, _tk_pages for our own analytics
• Cloudflare session cookie: __cf_bm for bot management
• Meta Pixel cookies: _fbp for ad measurement
• Google Analytics cookies: _ga and _ga_* for traffic analytics

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the page will still function but ad measurement and analytics will be limited.

Children

AiCube is sold to adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes that affect existing reservation holders, we will email you at the address you provided.
